An experimental documentary exploring fragments of the life of the late Frank Scotchman, a resident of Frome, in rural England. Using archive, found footage, photochemical film processes and constructed narrative, the film builds a portrait of an unconventional individual and explores coded language, bureaucracy, disability, loneliness and human presence.
