Xenia is developing the scripted features 'Root', produced by Yaw Basoah (Dark Pictures) and Yemi Adegbulu (Sleepwalker), and 'Carabao', selected for the BFI Network's Early Development Fund. She's currently directing 'The Memory Boom' (commissioned by Phoenix Exeter, National Lottery Heritage, Radcliffe Trust) and producing 'The Process' (documentary, commissioned by the Brigstow Institute).

Her recent shorts include 'Alo' (LFF 2023, Sundance London 2024, BFI Network), 'My Filipino' (LSFF 2023, Misfits Entertainment, Brondesbury Films), and 'Backbone' (BBC3, iPlayer 2022, BBC Arts, ACE). Xenia's recent feature credits include 'The Contestant' (development & production executive 2023) and 'Donna' (junior producer, BAFTA-longlisted 2023) by Misfits Entertainment, where she worked from 2018-2022.

Before this, Xenia produced/wrote ‘Porcelain’ (commissioned by Roundhouse) and produced/directed ‘Sew’ (commissioned by Talkies & Other Brother Studios). Xenia was selected for the John Brabourne Award and the programmes: BAFTA Mentorship, Shorts2Features (BFI), and NETWORK@LFF. In 2017, Xenia co-founded Sleepwalker, a Dorset-based production company and collective advocating for filmmakers with unconventional backgrounds, creating impactful films.
